Preferred Purchasing Consortium (PPC) provides a helpful tool for you to use when making purchasing decisions. This tool is PPC's Purchasing Program. Since April 1984, PPC has been instrumental in helping thousands of independent restaurants and country clubs save many thousands of dollars per year in their purchasing.

Should you choose to buy from one of our suppliers, they are contractually obligated to sell to you at a certain and constant price (usually on a cost plus basis). Our suppliers are also willing to provide you with our program's pricing information so that you can use it to make informed, intelligent purchasing decisions.

We have chosen suppliers that represent outstanding quality, service and stability. We chose those that could service the greatest number of our members and who enjoy a favorable reputation in the marketplace. We took the time to tour their plants, investigate product, interview their employees and check numerous references.

Our suppliers are willing to give you national account prices as a program member which they could not give to you independently. They will do this because of the volume represented by the entire membership.
